• Complete the New Client Organizer found in the link below
• Provide a copy of your and your spouse’s (if applicable) current State ID or Driver’s License
• Please provide a copy of your social security card and your spouse’s and child(ren) social security cards if applicable
• Provide a copy of your last completed tax return
• Provide current tax year’s information by US mail or secure portal (which we will set up for you when you become a Taxes Plus client)
